The staff was very diligent and provided good services. The hotel has a favorable location next to the center of Bloemfontein, the Waterfront mall, and downtown. There were lots of options and the food was excellent. The stay was comfortable without any complaints.

Had a fantastic Christmas break in a cozy, stylish hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding fresh and inviting. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff, welcoming and helpful, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a range of options, including a yummy veggie option.

There were some downsides. The shower floor tiles were extremely slippery, and the absence of a shower door led to water spilling over the floor, making it a bit of a hazard and very unpleasant to navigate.
